Crumb & Crust Bakery

In the heart of Bay Village on LBI (Long beach Island), there is a bakery called: Crust & Crumb Bakery.

You can go and visit at: 830 N Bay Ave. Beach Heaven, NJ. 08008. It's located next to the Song of the Sea gift store.

 When you first walk in, you turn around the corner and you see a display shelf and bouquets of sunflowers.

Then if you continue to look you can see the first display case, full of many yummy, delicious baked goods. That includes black and white cookies, chocolate chip cookies and milk, dark and white chocolate covered pretzels.

 

They have many different variety of Italian cookies; jelly and powdered sugar cookies, plus Italian biscotti that are covered partly with chocolate. 

They have vanilla cupcakes with chocolate frosting and chocolate cupcakes with vanilla frosting. 

Also, Chocolate covered pretzels, cookie monster and Elmo cupcakes.

In addition, the Crust & Crumb Bakery has a series of cakes. Chocolate, German Chocolate, Carrot Cakes, and many more.

The Crust & Crumb Bakery is best known for their giant elephant ears. Elephant ears are cinnamon sugar swirled and buttered fried dough. They are in the shape of a a gigantic ear.

They have delicious crumb cake, also. 

 

Seeing those black and white cookies (which just happened to be one of my favorite cookies).  I decided to make them!
