IT'S JUST TWO:
- Self rising flour
- Greek yogurt
- I used a stand mixer for this recipe.

- I do 21 minutes on 375 F.
- Then I do 3 minutes on 450 F.
I made cheese, tomato and lettuce sandwiches with these bagels, as the bread for the past two days. Now, many bagels are eaten by having cream cheese or butter on them. Peanut butter or an scrambled egg works just as well.

Note for this recipe:
Using a bowl and spoon to make this recipe is fine.
Using a stand mixer works just as well.
