Changes that I made:
- Instead of making the frosting like the recipe says I did a half of a cup of butter and 8 oz. of cream cheese. (This makes it a little less soft and it is more easy to spread and you can take a little more time vs. following exact the recipe says).
- Also I left out the salt.
- Instead of whipping the egg white last I did it first (In my opinion it's easier).
If you like red velvet cake I would highly recommend this recipe. I hope you like it as much as I do.
