Ingredients:
- 5 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 Tbsps. + 2 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
- 1 1/2 cup butter, cold, cut into little pieces
- 3 cup buttermilk
- 1/3cup blueberries
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Prep a baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper.
2. In a stand mixer measure out the flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and on the stir setting and just let it mix it up a little bit.
3. While it is mixing, prep the butter and cut it into little pieces. When it is all cut up, put into the mixer and on the stir setting and blend it up for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. While it is still mixing, pour in 3 cups of buttermilk, slowly.

6. If dough is sticky, you might need to add another 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour.

7. Lay down a piece of parchment paper, flour it and flour your hands.
8. Take the dough out of the stand mixer.
9. Press it into a even layer and add flour on top of the dough.

Using a biscuit cutter and cut out the biscuits close together. If you
have extra put it back together, once more. Then with the extra biscuit
dough, you are going to make a snake shape and encase the biscuits, so
they are nice and snug.
11. Bake at 400 F. for 30 to 32 minutes, or until they are golden brown, the snake is should be fully baked.
